# Synthetic-CV vendor test kit

## Run the kit

1. Lock the role brief and vendor configuration.
2. Give every vendor the same ten PDFs in a fresh approved demo or sandbox workspace.
3. Complete `observation-worksheet.csv` before assigning any score.
4. Ask the vendor to demonstrate `vendor-failure-scenario.md` through an approved test path.
5. Score the six dimensions in `comparison-sheet.csv`: 0 absent or adverse, 1 partial, 2 clearly demonstrated. Record `not observed` and rerun instead of silently scoring it zero.
6. A total score cannot override a zero on a predeclared human-control, security or data-handling gate.

## Boundaries

This kit compares observable workflow behavior for controlled examples. It does not prove statistical fairness, legal compliance, production accuracy, security certification, hiring quality, or performance across roles, languages, populations or future product versions. Do not upload real candidate data. Do not tamper with production APIs or request confidential prompts, schemas or controls.
