Ask the vendor to use its approved demo, sandbox or documented evidence to show what happens when parsing or evaluation returns missing, malformed or failed output.

Expected observation: The failure is visible, recoverable and traceable; unsupported facts are not substituted; candidate state and communication remain under human control.

Do not tamper with a production service or request internal security details.
