Data Processing Agreement

These processor terms describe how Skilltage handles customer recruitment data for organisations that accept Skilltage's legal terms during onboarding.

Agreement and acceptance

These data processing terms form part of the Skilltage terms accepted during organisation onboarding. Skilltage does not prepare a separate customer-specific data processing agreement unless agreed in writing.

Roles and instructions

Customer organisations are normally controllers for candidate and recruitment data they upload or manage in Skilltage. Skilltage acts as processor for those workflows and processes personal data only to provide, secure, support, monitor, and improve the service according to documented customer instructions.

Processing scope

  • Recruitment case, organisation workspace, membership, and account administration data.
  • Uploaded candidate PDFs, candidate records, parsed CV facts, candidate evaluation payloads, review status, and action drafts.
  • Operational logs, AI trace events, security records, support records, and consent-managed telemetry when enabled.

Subprocessors and transfers

Skilltage uses subprocessors for hosting, storage, authentication, AI assistance, diagnostics, analytics, and operational infrastructure. The subprocessors are listed on the public subprocessor page.

Provider legal names, transfer mechanisms, and processing locations are tracked as part of Skilltage's vendor governance.

Assistance and retention

Skilltage assists customers with access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, export, and breach-support requests according to the Skilltage terms accepted during onboarding.

Recruitment evidence cleanup runs 6 months after recruitment-case closure unless another required process applies.
