Skilltage is provided for authorised organisation users who manage recruitment cases, upload PDF CVs, review candidate evidence, and prepare recruiter-controlled next steps.
Organisation access is managed through onboarding, invitations, and workspace membership. Customers are responsible for keeping account details accurate and protecting credentials used by their authorised users.
Each party should protect confidential information received through the service. Skilltage applies access controls, tenant-scoped backend checks, managed infrastructure controls, consent-gated optional browser telemetry, and documented retention cleanup.
Support is provided through Skilltage's customer support channels. Any service levels are those expressly agreed with the customer.
Billing, payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, taxes, and related commercial terms are handled through checkout, the accepted order, or the customer's account.
Skilltage may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect the service, prevent misuse, address legal or security risk, or handle non-payment under agreed commercial terms. Termination, export, and deletion support are handled through the accepted terms, data processing terms, and manual privacy operations where applicable.
Skilltage and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, templates, documentation, and product materials. Customers retain their rights in customer data and are responsible for the content they upload, configure, or instruct Skilltage to process.
Customer organisations are normally controllers for candidate and recruitment data. Skilltage acts as processor for those workflows under the data processing terms accepted during onboarding. The public privacy, DPA, cookie, AI, and subprocessor pages describe Skilltage's processing practices.
Skilltage is B2B recruitment workflow software. AI outputs, parsing results, recommendation bands, and draft communications may be incomplete or wrong and require human review. Any liability cap, excluded damages, warranty, or indemnity terms are handled through the accepted order or onboarding terms and applicable law.
Skilltage may update these public terms and related trust pages as the service, subprocessors, or legal requirements change. Material customer-specific notice is handled through the agreed customer channel where required.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory law requires a different venue.
