Intended customer use

Skilltage is provided for authorised organisation users who manage recruitment cases, upload PDF CVs, review candidate evidence, and prepare recruiter-controlled next steps.

Customer responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for lawful recruitment criteria, candidate notices, user access, uploaded data, and human review of recruitment decisions.
  • Customers must ensure that their users are authorised to access the organisation workspace and must remove access when it is no longer needed.
  • Customers must not upload candidate data unless they have a lawful basis and the right to process it in Skilltage.

Accounts and access

Organisation access is managed through onboarding, invitations, and workspace membership. Customers are responsible for keeping account details accurate and protecting credentials used by their authorised users.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Skilltage for automated rejection, automated shortlisting, final hiring decisions, protected or proxy characteristic scoring, unlawful discrimination, unlawful candidate surveillance, prompt injection, reverse engineering, security abuse, or processing data without rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use Skilltage outside the B2B recruitment purpose described in these terms.

AI-assisted review boundaries

  • Skilltage is decision support and does not make final hiring, rejection, shortlist, interview, ranking, or candidate communication decisions.
  • Recruiters must review CV evidence, gaps, and uncertainty before taking action.
  • Recommendation bands are review signals, not decisions.
  • Communication assistance is draft-only and copy/export-first.

Supported formats and service limits

  • Skilltage parses CVs submitted as PDF files.
  • Word documents are not supported for CV parsing.
  • Scanned, image-heavy, sparse, or unusual CV formats may parse less reliably.

Confidentiality and security

Each party should protect confidential information received through the service. Skilltage applies access controls, tenant-scoped backend checks, managed infrastructure controls, consent-gated optional browser telemetry, and documented retention cleanup.

Support and service availability

Support is provided through Skilltage's customer support channels. Any service levels are those expressly agreed with the customer.

Fees and payment

Billing, payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, taxes, and related commercial terms are handled through checkout, the accepted order, or the customer's account.

Suspension and termination

Skilltage may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect the service, prevent misuse, address legal or security risk, or handle non-payment under agreed commercial terms. Termination, export, and deletion support are handled through the accepted terms, data processing terms, and manual privacy operations where applicable.

Intellectual property and customer data

Skilltage and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, templates, documentation, and product materials. Customers retain their rights in customer data and are responsible for the content they upload, configure, or instruct Skilltage to process.

Data protection

Customer organisations are normally controllers for candidate and recruitment data. Skilltage acts as processor for those workflows under the data processing terms accepted during onboarding. The public privacy, DPA, cookie, AI, and subprocessor pages describe Skilltage's processing practices.

Liability and disclaimers

Skilltage is B2B recruitment workflow software. AI outputs, parsing results, recommendation bands, and draft communications may be incomplete or wrong and require human review. Any liability cap, excluded damages, warranty, or indemnity terms are handled through the accepted order or onboarding terms and applicable law.

Changes

Skilltage may update these public terms and related trust pages as the service, subprocessors, or legal requirements change. Material customer-specific notice is handled through the agreed customer channel where required.

Law and venue

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory law requires a different venue.
